Free Quotation Generator (Nigeria)
A quotation is the price before the work. Itemise it, give it a validity date, and let the client sign the acceptance line. When the job is done, the same lines become the invoice.

How it works
- 01
Describe the job
One line per item or stage with quantity and unit price. Say what is excluded in the notes; most quotation disputes are about what was not listed.
- 02
Set how long it stands
Fourteen days is the default. Prices for materials and fuel move, so a validity date protects you.
- 03
Decide on VAT
Show VAT only if you will charge it on the invoice. Below the small-company threshold, leave it off and the quote says so.
- 04
Send, get it signed, invoice
Share the PDF or a WhatsApp summary. The client signs the acceptance line. When the job is done, open the invoice generator with the same lines.
What makes it different
Acceptance line built in
Name, signature and date under the total, so a signed quotation is your contract when the client later says they never agreed.
The same lines become the invoice
Quotation, proforma and invoice share one model. Nothing is retyped and the numbers cannot drift.
Trade templates
Catering, cleaning, electrical, photography, design, logistics and more open the generator with the lines Nigerian clients expect to see.
