Terms of use

The tools are free to use for your own business paperwork. The figures are a working guide, not advice.

Use

You may use Owoode to create documents and calculations for your own business or for clients you act for. You may not use it to create documents intended to deceive a bank, landlord, lender, government agency or any other party.

Accuracy

We check rates and thresholds against the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, the 2024 withholding regulations and NRS notices, and we date every review. Tax law changes and edge cases exist. Outputs are a working guide and not tax, legal or accounting advice. Confirm your position with a qualified adviser before you file or rely on a figure.

Your documents

Documents are generated on your device. You are responsible for their contents, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for keeping records the law requires you to keep.

Generated documents

Invoices, quotations, purchase orders, credit notes, waybills and spreadsheets produced by the tools are your documents. We do not see them, store them or stand behind their contents. Numbering, VAT decisions, TINs and bank details are yours to check before you send. A document from this site is not an NRS-validated e-invoice; validation happens through a system connected to the NRS platform when your turnover tier is live.

Availability

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. We may change or withdraw a tool at any time. Where a feature is marked coming soon, no date is promised.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
