Your documents carry your name, not ours
Every PDF made on the free tools ends with a small “Made with Owoode” line at the foot of the page. With Pro that line goes. The bottom of the sheet is blank, or holds your own words if you add a closing note, so a client sees one business on the page: yours.

Several businesses, one click apart
If you trade under more than one name, or do the invoicing for a partner, save each one as a preset: its logo, accent colour, address, tax number and the bank account clients should pay into. Choosing a preset fills the whole seller side of the document, so the wrong account number never ends up on the wrong letterhead.

Numbers that count themselves
Set up a series once, say INV-2026- for invoices and QUO-2026- for quotations, and pick the number it starts from. Each new document takes the next number in its series, so you stop scrolling back through old files to find out where you got to, and you never send two invoices with the same number.

A register your accountant can open
Each document you download is added to a list on this device: number, client, date, amount and type. At the end of a month or a quarter, export it as an Excel workbook or a CSV file and send that, rather than a folder of PDFs your accountant has to type up by hand.

Pro switches on for your account straight away, on up to three devices. Sign in with the same email on each one.
Your invoices still never leave your device. The only thing stored with us is whether your account has Pro and until when, so the site can tell each of your devices to unlock it.

Is Pro the right tool?
Pro is for making and keeping track of invoices, quotations and the other documents you send. A business that also needs to record expenses, reconcile bank statements or give several people access to the same books will be better served by a full bookkeeping app; Pro does not try to be one.
