How to check your Kuda statement of account on your phone

  1. 01Open Kuda, go to your account and choose Statements & Reports.
  2. 02Pick the timeframe and the format: PDF or Excel spreadsheet.
  3. 03Tap Get. Kuda emails the statement to your registered address.

PDF or Excel by email. If you only need Excel, ask Kuda for Excel directly; use the converter for the PDF you already have.

USSD code

USSD gives balance and transfers, not a statement. Use Kuda for the statement of account.

PDF password

Some Kuda statements are password protected. If yours asks for a password, the email that delivered it says what to use, typically a combination of your account or phone digits. The converter uses the password only on your device.

In the Kuda app, open Statements & Reports, choose your Spend Account, a savings pocket or both, set the start and end dates, pick PDF or Excel, and Kuda delivers a signed statement. You can add a second email address to send it to someone else, such as an embassy or a lender. Kuda's help article does not state a fee.
