Some Access Bank statements are password protected. If yours asks for a password, the email that delivered it says what to use, typically a combination of your account or phone digits. The converter uses the password only on your device.

In the AccessMore app, log in, tap Show all, open Signed Statement, fill in the required fields, choose the account to be debited and tap Generate. Access Bank's help page lists this as the way to get a signed statement; the fee was not published on that page.
