Who can list in Zimbabwe, and how we check

Zimbabwe has a statutory board and an institute. The Public Accountants and Auditors Board keeps the register under Chapter 27:12 but links no public lookup, and the only firm list we found dates from 2018, too old to use. ICAZ's Find a Member search takes a name and a chapter. We check your name with ICAZ and ask for your PAAB registration, which we confirm with the Board.

Questions accountants ask

How do you check ICAZ or PAAB membership?
ICAZ's Find a Member search takes a name and chapter, so we check your name there and ask for your practising details if it does not show them. The Board keeps the register of public accountants and auditors but we found no public lookup, so we ask for your PAAB registration and photo ID and confirm with the Board. We repeat the check every 12 months.
