Who can list in Vietnam, and how we check
Vietnam has an association, VACPA, and a practising-auditor regime run by the Ministry of Finance. Secondary sources say the Ministry must publish practising auditors and audit firms on its portal, but we have not found that list, and VACPA's site showed no member lookup. We ask for your practising-auditor registration certificate or VACPA membership card, with photo ID.
