Who can list in Rwanda, and how we check

ICPAR is the body authorised by law to register certified public accountants in Rwanda and issue their practising certificates. It has said its lists of practitioners and licensed firms are on its website, but those pages failed to load each time we tried. Until we can read them, we ask for your current ICPAR practising certificate and photo ID.
