Who can list in Malawi, and how we check

ICAM, formed in 2013 to succeed SOCAM and PAEC, publishes a yearly list of paid-up members, and its page says accountants missing from it are in breach of section 26 of Act No. 5 of 2013. The 2026 list would not load when we tried and the 2025 names could not be read, so we also ask for your practising certificate. We could not locate the Malawi Accountants Board's register.
