Issuing a valid invoice here
South Sudan has no published rule that tells a business which platform or device must produce its sales invoices, and the eTax portal at etax.nra.gov.ss does not offer a sales-invoice function. The only thing eTax calls an invoice is the payment invoice for tax you owe. In the Revenue Authority's eTax manual (Module 2, Taxpayer Declaration and Filing), when a business or individual files a declaration, the portal generates an invoice for the tax due. You download it, then either take it to one of the integrated banks or pay by card, immediately or later. The steps are the same whatever the tax. Keep that payment invoice with your return: it is the Revenue Authority's document for the payment, not an invoice you issue to a customer.
