The rules in Poland

- Overtime starts after 8 hours a day.
- Limit: 150 hours a year.
- The rate applies to your personal grading rate.
- Set by Kodeks pracy arts. 151, 151¹, 151⁷, 151⁸.
Worth knowing
Overtime worked at night is paid at 100%, and separately every night hour earns a further 20% of the minimum hourly wage. The base is the personal grading rate, with a 60% fallback.
