What makes it different
Built for Liberia
LRD formatting, GST at 13%, and the TIN field where Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) expects it.
Nothing leaves your browser
The PDF is generated on your device. Your business details are remembered locally and never uploaded.
One engine, six documents
Quotation, purchase order, waybill, invoice, credit note and proforma share one model, so nothing is retyped.
Questions people ask
- Is this free?
- Yes. Every document is free, with no watermark and no account. The PDF is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent to a server.
- Should I charge GST on my document?
- Only if your business is registered for GST with Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) and the supply is taxable. The standard rate in Liberia is 13%. If you are not registered, leave the toggle off and the document states that no GST was charged.
- Which document do I need?
- A quotation before the work to agree a price; a proforma to ask for a deposit; a purchase order when you are the one buying; a waybill to travel with goods; an invoice when the work is done; a credit note to reduce an invoice already sent.
- Is a PDF from this site a legally valid tax invoice in Liberia?
- It carries the fields a tax invoice needs, including the TIN. Where Liberia requires invoices to be issued or validated through an official electronic system, the PDF is a working document and the official system issues the fiscal one. Check the rules that apply to your registration.
- Can I send it on WhatsApp?
- Yes. Download the PDF, then use Share on WhatsApp. It opens a chat with the summary already written, and you attach the file.
- Can I change the document after I download it?
- The PDF is finished, but your details stay on this device, so making a corrected one takes seconds. Recent documents are listed beside the form and reopen with everything filled in.
- How should I number my documents?
- In one unbroken sequence, with no gaps and no number ever reused. A year prefix helps, for example 2026-001. Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) checks sequence, and a missing number invites the question of what was on it.
- My client says the amount is wrong. Do I edit the invoice?
- No. Leave the original as issued and raise a credit note that references its number, states the reason and reverses the GST. Editing a sent invoice leaves you with two documents bearing the same number and no way to explain the difference.
- Can I bill a client in another country?
- Yes. Change the currency on the document and it prints with the ISO code, so nobody has to guess which dollar you mean. Whether you charge GST on an export is a separate question for Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA); many exports are zero-rated or outside the scope.
