Price rules that affect your markup
Cooking oil sold under the MinyaKita brand has a government retail ceiling price (HET). The Ministry of Trade stated on 8 September 2025 that the HET is Rp15,700 per litre under Trade Minister Regulation 18/2024 on packaged palm cooking oil and the governance of people's cooking oil, and that distribution was being moved to Bulog and ID FOOD supplying village and urban-ward cooperatives (Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih) in place of the earlier producer, two-tier distributor and retailer chain.
